coloring pages for 4th graders with unicorn and school supplies and inscipriotn hey fourth grade

Let me tell you about our rainy day tradition! Whenever the weather is gloomy, my daughter and I love to cozy up with a stack of coloring pages and just let our imaginations run wild. Yesterday, we stumbled colored the cutest coloring page for 4th graders—and it has everything! There’s this magical unicorn pearcing your heart with cute eyes (of course), and it’s surrounded by all these fun school supplies like pencils, notebooks, and little clock and hearts. But the best part? Right in at the top is this big, bold inscription that says “Hey 4th Grade!”

It’s like the page is welcoming her to this new school year, and she just loves it. The unicorn is always her favorite part to color (no surprise there!), and she goes all out with rainbow manes and glittery hooves. But I have to say, it’s those school supplies that really got her talking about the year ahead—she’s already planning how to organize her backpack!

And let’s not forget that “Hey 4th Grade” at the top. She was so proud coloring those letters in, it felt like this big reminder of how far she’s come. Fourth grade is a whole new adventure, and this page just feels like the perfect way to celebrate it. Plus, it keeps us both busy and happy on a rainy day—what more could a mom ask for?

Oh, my sweet girl started fourth grade with such excitement! She was all smiles, full of hopes, and couldn’t wait to see her friends again. You know that feeling when they walk into school with their brand new backpack and shiny sneakers? She was absolutely glowing with joy, ready to take on whatever fourth grade had in store for her.

But then—oh boy—let’s just say her new teacher has a bit of a… strong personality. From day one, it’s like she’s got every kid on a tight leash. My daughter came home a little deflated, saying, “Mom, she wants us to be super quiet all the time, and we can’t even joke around!” It’s a tough change from the more relaxed days of third grade.

So, as much as we hoped for a smooth start, we’re now doing a bit of morale-boosting over here. Coloring has been our go-to to lift her spirits while we wait for sunnier days ahead—both literally and figuratively! It’s our little escape, filling in those unicorn manes and doodling rainbows in the margins. It gives her a moment to just relax and be herself again, away from all the strict rules of the classroom.

I keep reminding her that things will get better, that even the strictest teachers have a soft side (hopefully, right?). And in the meantime, we’re turning these coloring sessions into a way to keep her spirits high and her creativity flowing. We might not be able to control the rain or the classroom rules, but we can definitely keep finding joy in the little things—like our precious unicorns.

We really hope you and your kiddos enjoy our coloring pages for 4th graders! We put so much love into them, and they’re perfect for those days when you just need a little creative break. If you’re looking for more fun coloring pages, we’ve got you covered:
